What you’ll do
Plan, execute and follow-up on internal communication activities in line with our business priorities
Build and implement strategies to advance our external recognition and extend awareness for our added value and fundamental role in the market
Drive our leadership communication approach and work with top management to define messages, channels and activities to address the evolution of our company
Collaborate with our sustainability experts and define impactful communication formats to create deep awareness of the sustainability attributes of our paper
Engage with relevant media to ensure a broad external recognition
Plan and manage effective social media communication and contribute to evolving our owned media channels
Manage external partners and organize effective internal networks
Measure, monitor and report the business impact of our internal communication activities
Be active in supporting the evolution of our communication processes from creating awareness to creating desired impacts

Who you are
You have an MSc/BSc degree in communications, business administration or related subjects
You have proven expertise in developing communication strategies
You have proven experience in planning and implementing internal communication approaches across all levels in a company
You have strong conceptional skills and are interested in working in an agile, project-based work environment
You are an innovator and resilient enough to drive change in an established organization
You have an entrepreneurial mindset
You have strong self-organization skills and thrive when taking accountability
You like to work in networks and open teams, and don’t require close leadership to work effectively
You have a documented ability to refresh existing communications approaches based on your understanding of modern approaches, strategy formation tactics, modern channels as well as innovative approaches to content and creation
You have good communication skills and an interest in building and growing relationships and in influencing stakeholders
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are ready to be hands-on and decisive
You have experience or knowledge with digital communication tools
Your written and spoken English is fluent, other languages are a plus
Conceptual, creative or strategic skills are an asset
