Stellenbeschreibung

For our location in Nuremberg we are looking for a new Senior Engineer (m/f/diverse) for DCDC or battery management systems for hybrid and electric vehicles for Continental Engineering Services GmbH.
Development and definition of the HW architecture

Requirement analysis

Analysis of safety concept, supporting FMEA and FMEDA

Project handling based on the V-process as well as relevant norms and standards

Alignment of the hardware architecture with other disciplines (mechanic, system and software)

Cooperation with international development teams, customers and suppliers

Anforderungen
Completed degree in electrical engineering or comparable qualifications

Several years of professional experience in the automotive environment (development processes, analyses and creation of concepts according to ISO 26262)

Very good understanding of hardware architectures / systems (DCDC or battery management systems)

Knowledge of circuit board development and production

Fluent written and spoken English

Problem-solving skills, customer orientation and a high degree of personal responsibility

Team and communication skills

High level of motivation to impart knowledge
