Ihr Arbeitstag

Sie unterstützen unsere gesamte Finanzbuchhaltung und haben dabei einen Blick für die Optimierung von Prozessen. Neben der Bearbeitung von Mahnungen, verantworten Sie zudem die Kontierung von Intercompany-Rechnungen. Sie begleiten kaufmännische Projekte und bringen auch dort Ihre generalistischen Kompetenzen mit ein.

Ihre Aufgaben

Bear­beitung der kompletten Finanz­buchhaltung, inklusive Kreditoren- und Debitoren-, Sachkonten­buchhaltung
Kontierung von Intercompany-Rechnungen
Bear­beitung von Lieferanten­mahnungen
Unter­stützung bei der Erstellung von wöchent­lichen und monatlichen Statistiken
Umsatz­meldungen und Skonto­buchungen

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossene kauf­männische Berufs­ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Gute Rechnungslegungs­kenntnisse nach HGB
Kenntnisse mit den Buchhaltungs­systemen SAP wünschens­wert
Wirkliches Interesse an Gestaltung und Prozess­optimierung
Persönlich­keit mit ganz viel Herz und Verstand
Teamfähig­keit, Eigen­initiative und eine gesunde Portion Humor
