Define, create and implement the Foundation Commercial & Customer Engagement strategy for GSA (Germany, Switzerland & Austria) to engage and communicate with the key customers on our Foundation portfolio, contributing to a sustainable growth in revenues & BOI.
In collaboration with medical, and a target operating model to define, support in developing best content to get an attractive unique customer engagement journey among competition; and, in strong collaboration with Business Leaders & One Trade, drive innovative & breakthrough commercial projects to have a sustainable profitability.
Maximize our Revenues and BOI sustainably through different initiatives proposals including several initiatives: Omni-Channel & Customer engagement, Payers & Pricing, Tender efficiency, Gross To Net management in collaboration with One Trade & Business Leaders
Omni-Channel & Customer Engagement Champion:
Determine and roll-out the customer engagement strategy for selected brands (mature assets) and countries part of the North Europe Foundation portfolio
Works with strategic partners to provide input that defines / refines customer segmentation over time
Align which channel can be the best to activate and with which value proposition to the customer. You will need to find the optimal balance between brand preference, convenience & cost effectiveness
Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop content execution plans
Provides clear and firm direction to internal & external partners for channel mix selection, content development and tactical delivery
Continuously optimize the use of existing channels, improve KPIs and you keep a close eye on new developments and actively bring them in
Manage budgets for owned projects
Identify Commercial initiatives to improve portfolio profitability through pricing strategy, GTN improvements and better tender management
Drive the maximization of the portfolio through Payers / pricing initiatives, but as well when needed commercial / marketing projects that can support the brand value and support a sustainable sales and profitability
Be the foundation contact point for all products related business questions. Drive portfolio simplification processes and other product related actions
Studies in Economics with e.g. Marketing focus and/or background in natural science
Track record in Trade, Commercial and/or Customer engagement / omnichannel with several years of experience in pharmaceuticals or healthcare
Understanding of omnichannel strategies / tactics, marketing channels and the key benefits that each achieve at driving enhanced customer relationships
Strong understanding of end-to-end strategic marketing of pharmaceutical products
Experience in managing complex (marketing) projects at the same time
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
Full professional proficiency in German & English needed!
