Location: Munich, remote Germany wide

Develop and implement successful channel partner sales strategies and drive its execution to maximize our market share focussing on FinTech, Banking as a Service (BaaS), Insurance as a Service (IaaS), and InsurTech segments

Evolve our partnership ecosystem by constantly challenge the status quo and improve our partner program as well as existing processes and activities
Identify, build, and cultivate trusted, meaningful relationships with prospective partners

Full responsibility for the commercial relationship with the partner including contract negotiations with prospective channel partners
Represent and pitch IDnow`s value proposition at client meetings, international conferences, and industry events

Train and enable sales teams of our partners and work closely with our sales and marketing team to fill the sales pipeline
Achieve set sales targets and deliver new revenue streams to the business


Minimum 5 years of experience in a business development / partnership / account management position in an enterprise software / SaaS or in a consulting company
Completed university studies in business administration, computer science, or engineering

Knowledge of regulatory requirements for FinTechs, Banks, Insurance companies and InsurTechs in the area of AML/KYC is a plus
In depth market knowledge of the Banking and/or Insurance industry is a must
Entrepreneurial mindset, high energy, enthusiasm and passion for the identity business

Excellent communication and contract negotiation skills, as well as the ability to effectively present to all levels of management
Strong ability to develop clear, executable go-to-market business development strategies

Strong ability to work in a highly dynamic and innovative environment and across multiple teams
Fluent language skills in German and English is a must, other languages welcome
Willingness to travel
