The Educational Resource Planning Officer will have a central role in supporting academic operations at Constructor University in Bremen.
Your responsibilities:
Academic semester planning
Course scheduling
Support hiring external lecturers
Modelling and maintenance of the study programs / semester data
Teaching capacity planning
Teaching & department budgets
Digitization of tasks & processes
Your qualifications:
Track record in working in a structured manner
Experience with Office 365 and SharePoint
Experience with Campus Management Systems or ERP systems would be appreciated
Experience in project management would be appreciated
Experience in working at an institution of higher education would be appreciated
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects and tasks
Fluency in English. A good working knowledge of German would be appreciated.
